Informal Performance Appraisal Procedure

Appraisals can be used to improve the performance of your staff by providing objective information or ‘feedback’ on how they are doing i.e. what they are doing well and which areas of their work require attention.

There is a logical and effective procedure however which must be followed.

This document outlines this procedure to assist you in being able to conduct strong appraisals with your staff so that both of you may achieve your goals.
